Cajun Corn and Crab Bisque
This was so good, I don't want to share it with anyone! I gave it a 5 even though I made changes based on what I had in my fridge. I'm sure the original is even better. I used canned creamed corn, garlic powder, and old bay seasoning instead of liquid shrimp/crab seasoning. I had leftover king crab meet from the other night and this was a perfect way to make the left overs go further and last for one more meal.

Crixxie's Ranch Chicken Nuggets
The kids helped me make this and I'm pretty sure they are convinced these are the best chicken nuggets ever! We used Italian Panko Bread crumbs, which were perfect and we were out of parmasean, but didn't feel like we missed it. They were so tender and moist.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs
I love this recipe and give it, along with the dry ingredients to brides for a shower gift. I do find the recipe incredibly salty, so always cut the salt in half. I'm sure it probably tastes better to also follow the cooking instructions, but I throw all the ingredients in the pot, bring to a boil and simmer until meatballs are cooked through (approx 30 min) saves time at the end of a long work day. Spaghetti with meatballs just feels more special then mixing ground beef into the sauce.
