I really enjoyed this! Easy to make and easy to make your own. I used whole wheat tortillas and sauteed the onion and some chopped peppers first, then added the refried beans. As others I added taco seasoned ground beef. I am a total wuss when it comes to seasonings so I used mild salsa and it was really quite good. :) Even my toddler ate it happily.

Rice with Goodies

This is excellent! I did make changes as I don't have nor care for some of the ingredients. I don't like mushrooms so they weren't included I was out of any kind of nuts, out of fresh celery and carrots as well I would have liked to include them. I used green pepper instead of onion. I seasoned with garlic powder, Onion powder and celery salt. I put the apples in with the turkey to keep it from being mushy. This is goooood food! I really enjoy it, I wonder if my husband would like it too.. he's real picky so I try this when he's not home.

Zucchini Apple Bread

This is an excellent recipe. I did use Applesauce instead of oil and I finely grated the Zucchini and apple which gave it a nice texture. It was a bit heavy, certainly not light, but it didn't affect the amazing flavor, I made this a few days ago and am currently cooking another batch.

Fried Green Tomatoes

Yum Yum Yum. I have never liked tomatos, but in the past I have enjoyed Fried Green Tomatos. I used this recipe and now I want MORE!!! I sliced the tomatos really thin so I wouldn't taste them much, and I, like others, mixed the dry ingredients together. I was very impressed with the flavor and how easy it was. OH I also added some onion powder and garlic powder.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Oh man, these taste SOOO good, I am going crazy eating them. Anyway, they were easy to make and they are chewy. They fall apart a bit, but I pretty much expect that with Oatmeal cookies.

Cinnamon Sugar Butter Cookies I

Very easy to make and quite a tasty cookie. I am notorious for not being able to make cookies for some odd reason, and this one is a great shape and has a pretty good texture. It's a little hard for My taste, but it is a nice cookie.
