I am a graduate student at UCCS,CO and a stay-at-home mom. My DH is a firefighter at USAFA and we have 3 kids.

We have some home favorites such as lasagna soup, fajitas, stir-fry, triple layered choc cake.

I finally found a meatloaf that we all like.
My cooking tragedies
I can't seem to do cookies well, I like them light and fluffy, and mine turn out hard and flat.

Mango Lassi II
Delish! I tweaked of course, used this as a base. used frozen mangos, probably a cup of yogurt and Sunny D. Whenever I make a smoothie, fruit first, scoop of my yogurt, and then fill it with juice- so the juice covers almost all of the fruit.

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Great! I didn't have French Bread so I used Potato Bread. Yummy! We had it with Baked Potato Soup...great cold meal.
