What an experience! I loved the recipe...spicy! Gets better the next day too. I didn't have green peppers so i used celery instead. I will be making this recipe again!

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Excellent recipe!, slightly sweet, not extremely hot. i did adjust how much butter i felt it needed a bit more. definately will be cooking this again! For those that want a very spicy dish you may need to adjust.

Fresh Tomato Salad

Excellent medley of vegtables- one of the better salads i have had in a long time. I used a touch of olive oil in this salad.

Chicken Coconut Curry

I'm not much of a curry lover. So, i halfed the curry powder (i used medium hot powder). It was a great recipe!. Excellent with rice, rich in flavour and and was a well rounded dish. I didn't feel like there was anything missing. Definitly will make this dish again!
