Yellow Squash Casserole

Great recipe! As other reviewers stated, there is no need to pre-cook the squash, just cut into thin slices. I softened the onions in the micro with butter and substituted what I had in the house: provolone cheese and club crackers. I mixed the topping crumbs with melted butter and garlic powder and added to the top of the casserole during the last 10 minutes of baking until browned. Be sure to grease the pan.
