Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies were so good! I did use 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/3 cup white sugar instead to make the cookies chewier. I baked them for 10 minutes, cooled them on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes like written and they turned out perfectly. Will be making them again for sure!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This was really good and really easy. I did double this recipe. I doubled all ingredients except the carrot. I had leftover, cooked frozen chicken breast that I used in this recipe. I used only 1 tbsp of olive oil to saute the onions, celery and carrots before adding the remaining ingredients. I used broken up spaghetti noodles because I didn't have anything else in the house. The spaghetti noodles measured out to be 1 1/2 cups total dry, not cooked before I added them to the soup. I used 2, 32oz boxes of Swanson chicken broth. I added 1/4 tsp of pepper and no extra salt. It was so good for lunch with a homemade loaf of bread. I will be making this again! Thanks!

Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges
This was really good, but I made modifications. I par-boiled the potato wedges for 7 minutes. Drained in a colander then mixed with the spices. I added 1/2 tsp of salt instead of 1/4 tsp. I put the potatoes on parchment paper on the cookie sheet. I had to bake the potatoes for 35 minutes but they got crispy on the outside and were tender on the inside. Really good and will definitely make again.
