Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2005
Great recipe. My family and my co-worker love the chicken. Actualy, I used Hens instead of a big chicken. My husband doesn't enjoy big chicken. I added with splash of lemond juice and rub some olive oil to merinate over night. It is the best rotisserie ever. Thanks.

Very good and tasty. It would be even better with a little lemond zest for the toping. I add 1 tsp. of lemond zest. It came out great!

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2004
Very good. Very chewy cookies. It is a little too sweet for me. But everyone else at my work place said it is perfect for them. Cookies were all gone right after I put them out. Good flavor. Oh, I have no more chocolate chips, so I use raisins instead. Please note, I found cake flour would bring the cookies to be more silky taste then all purpose flour. For future cookies tester, please try it!
