Sunshine Chicken

Warm Corn Salad

Really enjoyed this warm salad. I used a sweet onion and some dried herbs as they were all I had on hand and it turned out great with our grilled pork chops.

Authentic German Potato Salad

This was really great potato salad and a wonderful alternative to a mayo based salad. Was a huge hit with the brats we had at a mini Octoberfest!

The tomato mix for this bruschetta is out of this world. I used one of the other suggestions from the review and toasted the bread with the cheese seperate so everyone could get the amount of tomato that they wanted. Excellent recipe!!

Sesame Seared Tuna

My husband really enjoys rare tuna so his was perfect. I prefer more medium tuna and found the seeds to be burned. The sauce was amazing and the fish was great otherwise.

Asian-Style Zucchini

These veggies were wonderful! I did not have any sesame seeds to I skipped that part but also added some diced eggplant to this and it was GREAT! We were able to reheat the leftovers for some Fried Rice.

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

These were wonderful! I used about 1/2 cup of Parm cheese and skim milk (all I had on hand). I would recommend longer on the roasting of the garlic and allow enough time to let it cool before trying to squeeze it out.
