Really good! I added some mushrooms and banana peppers to the saute - great on a cold day!

Sesame Shrimp Stir-Fry

No real favor - just the heat of the cayenne. My husband said it was 'ok' at best - I wont be making again.

Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2010
Great weekend dish! I boiled the ribs for about 45 mins and then baked them for an hour. I took the advice of others and baked them for an extra 20mins on 400 uncovered. AWESOME! I also spiced up the boil with some red pepper flakes and raw onion. We will totally make again!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2009
This was GREAT! I doubled the marinade (as some suggested), used fresh garlic, and added potatos, celery, carrots, and more onion. I served it over jasmine rice - AWESOME and so were the leftovers!

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf

Great recipe, however I leave out the brown sugar. It can be a little on the sweet side, otherwise great dish!

Loved it! My boyfriend ate 3/4th of the cheesecake in one sitting! Added a little more pumpkin puree and a dash more spices. Will make again!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2005
This recipe was amazing. My boyfriend loved it, and he normally isn't a fan of chowder. I took some suggestions and used olive oil instead of margarine, and a small can of creamed corn as well. It was great! I will definately make this one again.
