Simple BBQ Ribs

Great weekend dish! I boiled the ribs for about 45 mins and then baked them for an hour. I took the advice of others and baked them for an extra 20mins on 400 uncovered. AWESOME! I also spiced up the boil with some red pepper flakes and raw onion. We will totally make again!

Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast

This was GREAT! I doubled the marinade (as some suggested), used fresh garlic, and added potatos, celery, carrots, and more onion. I served it over jasmine rice - AWESOME and so were the leftovers!

Great recipe, however I leave out the brown sugar. It can be a little on the sweet side, otherwise great dish!

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Loved it! My boyfriend ate 3/4th of the cheesecake in one sitting! Added a little more pumpkin puree and a dash more spices. Will make again!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

This recipe was amazing. My boyfriend loved it, and he normally isn't a fan of chowder. I took some suggestions and used olive oil instead of margarine, and a small can of creamed corn as well. It was great! I will definately make this one again.
