Florentine Stuffed Chicken

It may have been my fault why this dish didn't turn out fantastic. I took a couple cloves of garlic, the onion, and parmesean cheese and put it through a food processer, and then mixed it with the spinach and sauted the mixture in butter, then stuffed boneless skinless chicken breast and seasoned the top on the stuffed chicken. It still seemed bland, and like the spinach was overpowering. My husband and I still ate it without complaint, but unless there is a better way to make this dish, I wont try again.

Quick Chicken Divan

I love it! I use 1 can Cheddar cheese soup, and 1 can chicken-mushroom soup, with 1-2 cups of milk. I throw the chicken chunks in raw over the broccoli, add some seasonings, and sprinkle Cheddar cheese in at the last 20 minutes of cooking.

Cheesy Salmon Pasta

Pretty tasty. I changed it though. I used my food chopper for everything. I minced 2 cloves of garlic and the onions, sauteed in a tablespoon of butter, then added olive oil. Added a whole container of pesto, then the salmon. I also minced a fresh tomato and added them to the noodles. I then added sour cream to my pesto/salmon mixture, and tossed it all together.

Herbed Twice-Baked Potatoes

This is the first recipe I gave 5 stars too!! These were sooooo delicious! I added more butter, chives, and cream cheese. I followed another posters tip and rubbed olive oil for the first part of baking for a better taste and crisp. I added shredded cheddar cheese to the last 5 minutes of baking. I will make over and over again!! Thanks so much!!

Cabbage Rolls II

These were okay. I added 3 cloves of minced garlic and white wine to the mixture. I did not have the lemon handy. I used 1 can of crushed tomatoes and 1 can of tomato soup. It lacked flavor, but we still had a good dinner.

Costas French Market Doughnuts (Beignets)

I found this exact recipe elsewhere on the internet. I looked on here for Beignets and came across this. I love these alot! My entire family loved them. I want to add a cream cheese filling into them next time I make them.

Scrambled Eggs a la Jan

I will never make regular old scrambled eggs again! This is a great idea for the best eggs, and no need to cook in butter!! I used milk instead of water. I paired this up with another recipe on this site called Sausage Potato Medley for dinner, and it went well together!! Thank you for the recipe I will always use!

Excellent!! Easy to make and great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I paired this recipe with another recipe on this site called Scrambled Eggs Ala Jan. Great pair!! Will make many times again!

Indian Chicken Curry I

Good! First time making curry. I only had the powder spices for cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon, so I added a teaspoon of each. I added 3 tablespoons of curry, and a can of tomato paste. I served over rice. Husband did not like it very much because he has no appreciation for an abundance of flavor, so poo on him!

Pork Tenderloin alla Napoli

THIS RECIPE WAS AMAZING!!!!!! It is by far the best recipe I have made from this site!!! I did alter it a bit though. I marinated the pork in buttermilk for 15 minutes before cooking. I forgot to brown the pork in oil, and browned it without it. When I made the sauce I used the heavy cream and a little bit of buttermilk. THAT MADE THE SAUCE SOOOOOOOO AMAZING!! I RECOMMEND ADDING THE BUTTERMILK IN THIS RECIPE!!!!!!! Thank you and will make always!!!

Terry's Favorite Easy Chicken Pie

Excellent! Definite comfort food. Here are the changes I made. I marinated my chicken in buttermilk, then sauteed and cubed. I used 1 can of condensed chicken and mushroom soup, added 1/3 cup of buttermilk to the mixture. I only had fresh carrots on hand so I cut and boiled them and added frozen peas. I used the entire 8 oz of cream cheese.

Cheeseburger Buns

These were really good. I OF COURSE did not let the dough rise long enough before I filled and baked them. My family was hungry. So next time I will make the dough in advance. My 3 year old loved them and my Husband said they reminded him of calazones. I will put pizza ingredients in them next time, or as others suggested, ham and cheese.
