I am a mother of 2 kids, a 7 year old son and a 3.5 year old daughter.I love to spend time with my family and find new and exciting dinners to cook and get the ratings from my family! I am also currently engaged to a picky eater, so finding recipes to try that he would like is difficult. I love to cook a good steak! Who doesn't? I also love throwing things together in a crock pot. I am more for comfort foods, but down to try anything new. My mom is a pro at making German pancakes and now I can make them to perfection too. We put either powdered sugar or applesauce on them. When a new dish comes out fantastic because I always incorporate my own ingredients and twists on whatever I make! Um, mostly with cooking rice. Like whole grain and wild rice. I never seem to get it to the right texture, dont ask me why!
