Mexican Bean Salad
This is a great Bean Salad!!! I read many reviews and I halved the oil, vinegar and sugar. It seemed to be perfect. I am going to make again with chick peas instead of white beans, I have read that the are better on the Glycemic Index Chart

Steak Tip Marinade
This marinade is excellent. I had a party of about 35 people. I put the meat and marinade ito frezzer bags on Thursday night and threw them in the fridge. I grilled them on Satuday afternoon almost 48 hrs later and WOW where they good. Savory and sweet. I made no changes other than to triple the recipie. Try this one you wont be sorry.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
Wow!!!!! This soup was awesome. I was looking at some of the photos and I see that most of them portray the soup as white or yellow. Mine was golden to brown. I'm not sure of what bouillon granules are but I took cubes and turned them to granules. My cubes were dark brown so therefore the color. This soup has layers of flavor. I sautéed the onion and ham first , then added the potato and water. Oh extra onion too. Just make this soup you will love it.
