Banana-Berry Brownie Pizza

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2010
Note: This is NOT the Pampered Chef Pizza. So, this was a disappointment, I followed it all exactly as written. The edge was Crazy Hard and the middle, under where the cheese cake part is, was to gooey. I did use my Stone (as I do with all these kinds of "pizza's") and it was NOT GREAT~ I am thinking the stone was the problem.. When you cook it twice (as you are supposed to) I think the stone keeps hot for so long that it just dried out the edge of the Pizza~ (I was a P.C. rep so I have made a few ;p of these lol ) It was a sad Easter disaster~ Oh the food we make:) Greetings from Oregon~

Oatmeal Peanut Butter and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2007
I am giving these a strong 5 but with *large adjustments* I made them 3 times to get what I thought was a perfect PB Cookie:I always use part butter part crisco(I like the texture)so.. 1 stick of BUTTER, 1/4 c.Crisco,I use 1 cup of Crunchy PB, 3/4 cups of chocholate chips, 3/4 cups of P.B. chips,I have to use 1/2 cup more flour, I use milk(don't go over the 1/4 c. or they wil get candy like & to soft) I do pop in a pinch of cinnmn. NO nuts..the crunchy pb works great, cook for 14 min. (I live in Oregon) GREAT COOKIE!!

Reviewed: Dec. 8, 2006
This is a 5 for taste! ( I even liked it better the next day!)BUT..lol this was not easy to do with a tooth-pick! I used a demi spoon and a tooth-pick & it worked much better! Also I've found that you can do half then put the rest of the mix in a baggie & toss in the fridg to do at a later date! AND I also needed more hips than called for! :) Yummy the Fam LOVED them!

This is a great cookie! The first time I made them my hubby said he did NOT want to brush his teeth that night because liked the flavor the cookie left!(gross but cute)I do put in a little more pumpkin, Cup and a half. I use half butter half Crisco. I always put walnuts, chocolate chpis & rasins. It is another giving cookie! We have made it 4 times this season already! This was a year ago and I thought today~"Time to bring that great cookie out again!" I LOVE FALL!!

Simple Mac and Cheese

Really easy and good! I also added onion and, left out a little of the milk. I did not have any bread crumbs so I crushed some garlic crutons and used that! Big hit served it to 7 kids 5 and younger and everyone loved it,and NO one knew it had onions :)

Ham Skroodle Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2006
I have used this recipe over a year and a half and love it! I make it all kinds of ways...somtimes we use dry salamie rather than ham but I always use all my favorite Italian veggies.(olives really make it prety) I have changed the dessing a tad, less sugar, less oil and I add a teaspoon of dill and a teaspoon of Italian Seasonings and also add pepper. It is a nice pot-luck dish!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2006
We love these cookies! been using this quick recipe for over a year.I always make them bar cookies. I double it,then use my jelly roll pan.I drizzle chocolate on the after they are cool! Also I always use Chunky peanutbutter. If you don't bar them you really do have to let them cool first before taking them off the sheet.Yummy I'm going to make them now!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2006
We found this a year ago. I have never ever had a problem with it! Even when I was Sick with our last baby my husband made them and they turned out PERFECT! I always use half Butter and half Crisco.Often I use less brown sugar than asked for. I always double the recipe and use my cookie scoop that I got at Target. It makes about 50 to 60 cookies. Our family knows that when we make these cookies we keep a bunch and give away a lot it is our "giving cookie".
