Cracker Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2005
YUM!! This was very good. I did pan fry the pork chops and added garlic salt, season salt, and some chicken buillon powder to the cracker mix. Then when I removed them from skillet I put pepper and garlic salt on them. They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. YUMMY!!!

Picnic Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2005
This was very good. I added italian seasoning, accent season salt, and powdered chicken buillon to the flour mix. I also cooked in an iron skillet. Turned out crispy and yummy.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2004
Very good. Only changes I made were instead of 1 cup butter I used 1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. olive oil and the shrimp I had already had tails removed. This was easy to make and tasted very good, my husband ate it all in 1 serving.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2004
We didn't like this recipe at all. It didn't have much of a taste even though I doubled most ingredients and even added some extras in. Will not make this again.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2004
Very good chicken! I only cooked 1 chicken, and I did take some other reviewers suggestions and added garlic cloves(3) in cavity of chicken, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. My whole family enjoyed this!!!

Cheater's Enchiladas

Reviewed: Oct. 9, 2004
This recipe was very good. I added 1 lb. cooked ground beef seasoned w/taco seasoning in the middle layers. Also used a Mexican Blend cheese and red enchilada sauce, and some refried beans(canned kind)in the layers. The top layer of enchilada sauce I covered with more of the mexican cheese. It turned out great! Even my picky 5 year old ate it! We did like it a lot better with extra sour cream on it while we were eating it though.

Cheddar Bay Biscuits

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2004
I'd always been disappointed by Red Lobster copycat recipes for their biscuits. I have found that the biscuits taste the same, but the butter/garlic coating doesn't taste "right". Instead of this melted butter mixture I mix 1 tsp. parsley flakes, 1/2 tsp. garlic, 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning and 1/4 c. melted butter to coat with and this makes it taste VERY similar to Red Lobster biscuits.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2004
This recipe was all right. I added more parmesan cheese to top of everything than the recipe called for. It made a lot for my family of 3, we had lots leftover. We also salted this after trying the first bite and it tasted much better. It was easy enough to make, but I probably won't fix it again.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2004
This bread is very good. It does taste a LOT like the rolls I used to eat in school(which I always loved). I make regular dinner rolls with this dough and not the wedges. I have made this many times. The only changes I make are: I use 1 1/2 tsp. salt and 4 C. Flour. If you make rolls with these be careful not to burn the bottoms.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2004
This recipe was yummy. I followed a few suggestions that other reviewers listed. I used milk and lemon juice instead of buttermilk, and also added minced garlic to marinade. I also put a dash of season salt in the flour/breadcrumb mixture. I deep fried them instead of pan and they turned out great. I will definatly make these again!
