Granny Kat's Pumpkin Roll
I just made this and I'm sure it will taste good, however, a 9 x 13 jellyroll pan does not result in a cake that will look like the picture that goes with this's kind of like false advertising. It simply isn't wide enough (rolling from the long side) to result in that many turns which is what makes it pretty. I won't be serving mine to company.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops
The flavor of the sauce (which is not a marinade) is very good. However, the recipe makes enough for two 1" chops, no more. It would probably help to actually marinate them because my two chops were dry and not particularly tender. I used bone-in chops because I prefer their flavor, but there is nothing extraordinary about these if the recipe is followed. They will take some doctoring and perhaps covering for while in the oven to meet minimum expectations.

Easy Lemon Cookies
Made these today. Definitely good for something quick and easy, but they're heavier than I'd hoped. I used a small scoop for the dough and it worked perfectly. Dropped the balls, one at a time, directly into the bowl of powdered sugar and rolled them. Had to bake them more like 11 minutes (yes, my oven temp. is accurate). They taste a bit salty to me, but that must be the cake mix. I read someone had trouble getting them off an ungreased cookie sheet. Mine came off easily. Bottom line...home made is better and wouldn't take much more time just to measure ingredients.
