Stuffed Hot Peppers
I substituted jalapeno peppers and they turned out great. They had a little heat (some people stopped at one), but they didn't last long. I used the leftover mixture to stuff mushrooms, which were also gone in a flash. Another nice part, was I made them the night before and threw them in a plastic bag in the fridge until I was ready to cook them. I will make this recipe again with both jalapenos and with mushrooms.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
I made this for my Christmas party. We served it with cubed rye bread and it was a big hit. I made it the night before, and just put it in the oven during the party.

Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf
This is my boyfriend's favourite meal! I am not a big meatloaf fan, but he loves this recipe and always askes that I make extra sauce. I use crushed pineapple rather than preserves. It is so easy! Great recipe, thanks! It will be my meatloaf recipe for years to come.
