Elegant Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2012
Not only did it look great but it tasted great. I omitted the processed cheese, used 1 3/4 cups of milk, and added 1 can of cream mushroom soup and 1 cup of sour cream. Then sprinkled bacon bits and chives on top for flavor and appeal. Yum :0)

Apple and Spice Pork Roast

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2010
WOW! This recipe was fantastic. Even the neighbor (who is pretty finicky and opinionated) LOVED it! I had halved the recipe but kept the full amount on the sauce. I still needed more sauce for the leftovers. The only thing I did differently was that I didn't have applesauce but I had apples. I just microed two large sweet ones with a dash of cinnamon (didn't add any sugar), and then added about 1/2 - 2/3 cups of chopped sweet onions to the sauce mix. The recipe is already in my recipe box. Definatly a keeper.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2009
This sauce was fantastic! I added a few slices of gargonzola cheese, the last of some Cougar Cheese that I had, and added the parm. It was wonderful. And I always have cream cheese in the fridge. I just added shrimp, onions, and sun dried tomatoes. Yum!

Mouth Watering Medley

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2008
Made this last night and it was just DELISH! I did add cauliflower to the broccholi, 1/2 cup mushrooms, and 1/4 cup of Mayo (makes the egg batter fluffier). It was yummy :) Can't wait to try it with sausage.

Kriss Kringle Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2005
I LOVED the recipe. However, the liquid to flour/nut ratio is off. I halved the flour/nut and the recipe's liquids were just enough to cover the 1/2 flour/nuts. They turned out great!

Hearty Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2004
This is the first tuna casserole I've ever made...and the family loved it. My two girls are exchange students from different sides of the world and I was so happy to find another dish that they both liked.I modified it by replacing the zucchini with peas and I forgot the cheese but it was still a great hit.
