My name is Kathy and I am a registered dietitian...but don't let that fool you, I love to eat!!! I love to cook Italian dishes...that would be my comfort zone. However, I have been experimenting with seafood and fish dishes recently...they have always scared me for some reason! My absolute favorite family cooking tradition is baking Christmas cookies with my mom! I really cannot think of any one thing off hand...maybe I'm still waiting for a great triumph! Despite what my friends and family would say, I have had MANY cooking tragedies! Is it me, or does it always seem the mistakes happen when you are making something to take with you somewhere??
