Creamy Banana Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2009
Great recipe and easy to follow. For those who don't get enough 'banana' flavor; I like to leave bananas in the freezer until they're black. When needed, just thaw and clip the the end of the peel and a nice, flavorful, already mooshed banana can be squeezed out.

This recipe definitely put me on the right path. I made minor changes, but mostly kept to the recipe. My wife and I truly enjoyed the soup. Thank you.

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2006
Very delicious and easy to make. This is always a big hit at pot-lucks. There is quite a bit of stuffing left over if you follow the recipe, but it is also great in bell peppers or large portabello mushrooms.

Rosemary Marinated Lamb Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
Very tasty. I do suggest using fresh herbs and garlic if possible. Of course if you do, us at least twice as much. This is the recipe I like to use when introducing lamb to folks who have never eaten it before.

It was good, a bit salty. I added more cream and a little bit of peanut butter...good stuff.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2005
I have always liked meatloaf but this is definatly the best I've ever had. The only change I make is I use half turkey just to make it a little juicier. I also love how the ketchup and brown sugar are on the bottom so I can spoon it onto my plate. Very good!! Makes a good party dish!

Three Cheese Garlic Scalloped Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
I found it to be very bland...maybe a softer cheese and more garlic would have improved it. I have removed this recipe from my recipe box.
