Amazing and Easy Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2015
Given that there are just a few ingredients this recipe was excellent. I went with 1/2 c. of mustard and 1/2 cup of barbeque sauce(original open pit) Thanks Rebecca this one will go into my rotation!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2015
With the exception of using 2 cups of cheddar instead of a cup in a half,I followed the recipe. If was very tasty and simple. I like no fuss recipes like this one, so while I understand all the variations I would not go overboard since is had enough flavor for me. I would make the following changes to bring it to a five star. I did not like the rings of onions but I liked the flavor so instead of rings I would dice the onions and distribute throughout. Maybe add a dash of cayenne pepper. Simple and delicious, thanks to the person that contributed this recipe and as always I am a huge fan of Allrecipes, it's like having a cooking coach.

Sweet Potato Bread I

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2015
This was my second time baking a bread. It turned out perfect. I pretty much followed the recipe except I used butter instead of oil. I cooked it at 300 but that was to adjust to my oven which is off. It turned out moist, looked amazing, taste sweet and slightly seasoned. I like it with tea. The next time I will add vanilla. Oh I almost forgot I swopped out 1/3 of the white cane sugar for light brown sugar.

Southern Apple Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2015
I really don't like tuna but since others do I was looking for something a little different. The apple and dill weed is what made this for me a great recipe. I added 1/8 cup of celery and a few shakes of paprika. Also Kraft makes a mayo with olive oil I had some so I used that about 4 tablespoons. It was not as fishy as most tuna salads so it worked for me.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2014
I only added more seasonings such as onion powder, garlic pepper, and poultry seasoning. I could tell by the list of ingredient that it would be a milder flavor. For me this is not a big deal because sometimes I don't want a lot seasoning or I want to keep the cost down so I am not going to throw everything and the kitchen sink into a dish. I know I will make it again using a number of suggestions that I read in the comments. Thanks for sharing Dawne great job!

Neat Sloppy Joes

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2014
Great recipe. I followed it pretty much except I did not have enough celery so I did a half c. of celery and a half c. of green peppers. I was skeptical about the vinegar but found that is only enhanced all the flavors, not add any vinegar flavor. The next day it was even better. Thanks this is the perfect not so sloppy, sloppy joe.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2013
Delish! I made this for my family. The sauce was so good that it could be sold separately. I did not embellish this recipe and it turned out fantastic. Well I did add a little more brown sugar. It was simply off the chain delicious and my family loved it. The next time I may skip the vinegar but either way the meat is so tender and the sauce is crazy good. Cook with confidence with this recipe it's goof-proof and I promise you everyone who gets to taste, will be impressed.
