I've been cooking for over 30 years. I did a lot of experimental cooking in college since I majored in foods and nutrition. I am very health-conscious, but I always like looking at luscious dessert recipes, even trying a few out occasionally.
My favorite things to cook
I love mostly simple foods. I juice daily, either carrot or fruit juice, so that is part of every meal. Some meals are better with carrot juice, some go better with fruit juice.

I love the Fall, because my crock pot comes out and the chili is created.
My cooking triumphs
My taco salad, burritos, ultimate brownies, and juiced fruit are some of my proudest creations.
My cooking tragedies
I've never been able to cook fish as well as a restaurant does. I've given up on that one.
