Strawberry Muffins
This recipe is good but if you like desert type muffins these most likely won't satisfy your taste buds. I added a good dash of cinnamon and almost a teaspoon of vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar. I used blueberries instead and a dash of grated lemon peel and only 1/4 tsp of the salt. I had to use a little more milk because the batter was too thick but even after the extra stuff I added for flavor it was still only mildly sweet. This highlight of this recipe is the fruit flavor so if natural fruit sweetness is your thing then you'll like these but if you have a real sweet tooth these will be too bland or mild for you.

Cinnamon Pie
This recipe is good and turned out great but based on other reviews, I did make some changes. I used a 9 in. frozen pie crust, 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 tsp. cinnamon, and 1 cup milk. If you love cinnamon, 1 tsp. will not be enough. Using less milk makes it not as runny and the extra egg makes it a little thicker. In my opinion, it was too sweet even with less sugar and next time I will use 1/2 cup sugar instead. I will also decrease the amount of butter by half as well. The frozen premade pie crust I used did fine and was not too soggy. I used the directions for baking it and it was jiggly when I got it out but it firmed up soon after. It's a thin pie but still delicious.

Pear Pie III
This pie was just ok. I used 3 small pears and cut them up into pieces-two were over ripe and a little soft and one was less ripe and harder. The recipe needs more pears and they really need to be overripe since you end up with a lot of crust and not much liquid filling to soften them up. Also, it needs a little more butter and definitely some cinnamon sprinkled on the pears and on the top as well.
