Grilled Asparagus

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2009
This is the ONLY way to make asparagus! It's easy and tastes awesome. Use kosher salt for extra flavor. Excellent and healthy.

This is an excellent recipe and has become one of the staples in our home. I serve it with Jasmine Rice and Naan. It's wonderful!

Excellent scampi! Used already-cooked, shelled, frozen shrimp and it turned out great. Served over fettucine noodles.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies from Heaven

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2004
Excellent recipe; just what I was looking for. Easy-to-find ingredients and great cookie! I used margarine instead of buttter and a whole bag of milk chocolate chips instead of just one cup of semi-sweet chips. One cup of peanut butter was plenty, despite what other reviewers stated. I just dropped the cookies onto the sheet without flattening and they turned out wonderfully! I love this recipe and will be making them again and again, I'm sure.

Eve's Chicken Quarters

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
I have made this recipes several times with great results. It is easy and delicious. My kids like the rice, so I have doubled the rice a couple of times. It's easy to improvise with and I've not been disappointed yet.

Rosemary Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2007
I've made this a few times now and usually marinate them all day or overnight for best flavor. I have baked them, grilled them and used various cuts of pork and they are always wonderful. Thank you for an easy and delicious way to prepare pork chops!

Cheesy Baked Cauliflower

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2007
I've made this recipe several times and it's the only way I will make cauliflower from now on. I mix a generous portion of mayo (about 1/2 cup), a squirt of mustard and about 1/4 cup of parmesan together and coat the cauliflower before dotting it with butter. It only takes about 15-20 minutes to brown in a 350 degree oven. It is delicious!

Lemon Poppyseed Scones

Reviewed: May 29, 2005
I bought some of these in our grocery store bakery and wanted to make them myself. I used smaller (approx 5 in. diameter by 1 in. thick) pieces of the dough cut into pie wedges for nice bite-sized pieces. There was way too much baking powder in this recipe, making it taste 'salty' and not enough sugar or lemon flavor (and I followed the recipe exactly). I will probably try this recipe again, but with more lemon zest and sugar; less baking powder. Consistency was good and it was relatively easy to make and has some healthy ingredients too.
