Janet's Rich Banana Bread

I tried this recipe for the first time today and ended up making two batches. I followed the recipe exactly first batch (and it turned out great), but the second batch I made a few adjustments. I first excluded the walnuts (so my grandmother could eat it) and added only a quarter cup of sour cream. Instead, I added another half banana, and I felt it gave me the same moisture as the first loaf. It also added more banana-flavor to it and reduced the calories by a bit. Overall, a fantastic recipe that left both moist and rich taste with a strong banana foundation. I served it with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream and my guests loved it.
