Baked Ham with Maple Glaze
Very simple recipe and quite good! I did not have any dijon mustard so used a champagne mustard instead. And like so many other reviews - I used a good bourbon. Next time I will make sure to have dijon or other spicy mustard to get that extra kick.

Yummy Quiche
Followed recipe near exact - I had to use what I had on hand. Ham replaced bacon, green onion replaced reg. onion and did not have green chilies. Glad I made it before I read the reviews. The first review was the recipe owner modifying the recipe to only 1/2 cup of 1/2 & 1/2 and 2 cups of onions. I used full 1.5 cups of 1/2 and /12 and the recipe was really very very good. Moist and puffy. Oh - and no need for a deep dish. If you layer with meat, cheese, onion then pour mixture slowly - it all fits perfectly into a standard pie plate.

Classic Spanish Sangria
I've never made Sangria before and thought it would be a nice addition to our summer bbq. I used the spiced rum and soaked the fruit overnight. When I went to purchase Blackberry Merlot - based on other recommendations, the clerk at the liquor store said it was a very sweet wine. So - being worried it would be too sweet - I bought a regular Merlot and it was perfect! This one is a keeper!
