Brown Sugar Meatloaf
Made this yesterday and it was so yummy. Per some suggestions I did adjust a few things: 1) 1/2 cup milk and was a great consistency for us, 2) used the leanest type of ground beef available at the market, resulting in less fat drippings, 3) for the glaze I mixed the Ketchup and brown sugar together, and added Worcestershire sauce to taste, 4) spread glaze on top of the loaf before cooking vs. placing on bottom, 5) 3/4 of a small onion chopped well with my chopper, folded into meat mix, 6) used fine plain bread crumbs vs. crackers, 7) used a small glass casserole dish vs. a loaf pan and it cooked perfectly. So very good and looking forward to making it again soon! Thank you for this recipes and to everyone sharing their adjustments!

Johnny's Spice Rub
This rub was excellent, my guy and I loved it. We used it on steaks, let the rub sit about 2 hours then grilled them up. Being the first time I was using it, I did take the recommendations from other reviewers and cut the cumin to 1/2 a tablespoon. It is a great flavor with just the right amount of heat, do not let the strong smell fool you (not the burn your tongue so you cannot taste other things heat). Where we enjoy spicy things I actually may add a bit more heat next time, and try the original measurement of cumin. We will definitely be using this again! Thank you for the recipe!
