I'm a young cook/baker/pastry chef, always competing in cooking contests, bake offs, 4-H fairs, state & county fairs. I also love kitchen gardening and making jellies and jams. I am a living history interpreter and reenactor and cook historic recipes on wood-burning stoves and open fires. I love making up new recipes, but also trying old ones.

Ravioli, focaccia bread, fried squash blossoms, cinnamon rolls, pizzas, grape jelly, enchiladas, and a lot of other things!
