Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

These were incredible! I made them on a whim after coming across the recipe - they were super easy to make. They were intended for our lunch guests but were so good that I ended up eating one every time passed the box-guest got only five...delicious!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Having tried so many recipes, was ecstatic when I tried this one - chewy inside and crispy on the outside and not cloyingly sweet - Delicious!!!

Zwetschekuchen (German Plum Tart)

Divine. Had enough pastry and plums to make two pies - one as shown but in larger tin and one lattice topped in 9" pie dish. This is a fantastic pastry - I was worried the bottom would be soggy - it was anything but! Froze the lattice top pie and reheated before serving - still tasted as good as the one we ate fresh. Highly reccommended.
