Perfect and easy. Why would anyone buy premade?

A little light on flavour. I added some lemon zest but will put some vanilla in next time. Easy and quick, nice for a breakfast treat.

Nice and easy. Omitted the pistachios, added almonds and orange zest. Will use again and again with all the different combos. Anise and poppyseed next batch and will freeze!

Didn't cook enough- need to increase cook time but I think it depends on your oven. We like the pumpkin cheesecake recipes much more

Oaty Cereal Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2010
Cheerios, oats, rice krispies, walnuts, almonds, ground flax seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, raisins and a few chocolate chips (which melt when you mix it and make it extra yummy). All totalled to 4 cups....boiled honey, brown sugar and maple syrup for 30 seconds past a boil. PERFECT! I just made these again and they fell apart. I think it was because my peanut butter was cold and not at room temp (I was using all natural). Next time I will let it come to room temp first!

Yum. I added bacon, brocoli, frozen spinach and fresh cherry tomatoes with ravoli. Make sure to microplane the garlic so it infuses really well with no big chunks.

Pumpkin Cheesecake II

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2008
VERY VERY good! Really easy to make. If you like ginger snaps then definitely do a ginger snap and toasted pecan crust and double the recipe! Served with whipped cream and a caramel sauce (just 1/4 water, 1 cup sugar, bring a boil and let it reach a golden color, slowly add 2/3 of a cup of warm whipped cream, and whisk- let cool and store covered in fridge). Will make again and again and again!

Not bad, a little bland, needed to add more ginger and garlic. Will definitely make this again but add more stuff.

Carrot and Ginger Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
Very good soup. I added few teaspoons of butter at the end to smooth out the taste a little (didn't add the cream). My 8 month old baby and my husband both LOVE this soup.

Baked Havarti Chicken

So fast, so yummy, even better for leftovers the next day. I am sometimes a lazy cook- Usually only use a bottled italian dressing and the havarti. Still tastes great!

Butternut Squash Risotto

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2008
Yum! Followed others advice and only added 3 cups of stock. Didn't have an onion so added dehydrated onion flakes, some fresh garlic, asiago & parm and right at the end added some shredded kale for colour and extra vitamins! Great dish!
