Grilled Salmon with Ginger-Orange Glaze

I added some more O.J. to this recipe. I think frozen concentrate would be better. 2 younger children liked it but my oldest didn't care for it too much. Overall, it was good!

It was really good. I didn't have the powder wasabi so I used the paste in the tube. Also, I mixed Flying Fish Roe (tiny fish eggs) with my mixture and it was delicious! The spice in the wasabi really made the dish.

Baked Pork Chops I

After looking through both good and bad reviews, I cooked my pork chops on the stove until they were done and then poured the sauce over it and baked it for 20 mins. It turned out yummy although I would do a bit of less wine next time. My children loved it and had second helpings.
