These pancakes are perfection! Slightly sweet, yet salty. Perfect as written and will be making these all the time. Thank you!

These are amazing! Of all the chocolate chip cookie recipes I've tried, this is my favorite! Chewy and crisp all in one cookie. Yum

This was awesome dough! I flavored it with flavors our family enjoys and it is the first time I made homemade pizza that the kids and hubby actually LIKED.

Melt - In - Your - Mouth Shortbread

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
These are delicious! Melt in your mouth is right on. They do get rather crumbly the next day, so these are best to eat the day they are made.

Corn Tortilla Chips

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
Perfect chips! Like them even better than the name brand chips!! YUM!! Now I just need to figure out how to keep large batches of them from getting stale as they can be rather labor intensive when making corn tortillas from scratch for a family of 6.

Fluffy Biscuits

These were very good and easy to make! The kids and hubby really enjoyed them. I don't usually like biscuits, but these were very good for our breakfast sandwiches and I ate 2! Will definitely use often

Rolled Fondant

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
I am sure it was user error, but this was impossible for me to use without cracking. I think I'll be sticking with traditional buttercream because it was just too hard to eat on the cake. Was tasty though on it's own

Pastry Cream

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
This is nice and thick, but very finicky. Takes forever to get to a boil, but when it comes together, it's the perfect pastry filling for cream puffs. Very yummy. I did a double batch because of the number of cream puffs I had and I think it would have been better to make 2 individual batches. I think the time it took to boil was very much related to the volume of liquid being doubled.

Banana Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
Much more runny than I was anticipating and I made exactly as written. Let it set overnight and still resembled pudding in a pie crust.

Sweet and Sour Pork III

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2012
This was very good. The pork tasted AMAZING before adding to the sauce. The sauce is a little too sour for us, so next time a bit less apple cider vinegar. Otherwise a very yummy meal. Make with broccoli and onions instead because that is what I had available. Served over white rice:)

The Old Boy's Strawberry Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2012
I made this pie exactly as it's written and it's incredible! The topping is amazing and I think it would be sad not to try it as written before changing it to a crumble. It's so good. Make sure to use very ripe strawberries to create the best flavor. Just made another for a friend just because i love making it. Yum!

This is a great fluffy, marshmallow like frosting. My sister loved it so much that she can't eat dessert with us anymore without mentioning how good the cake with "that awesome" frosting was.

Rockin' Salsa

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2011
O...M...G! This is amazing salsa!! I add cilantro and jalapenos for our taste, use fresh garlic. We don't add the bell peppers or banana peppers, just because that's not the taste we are going for, but I imagine you can't go wrong with this recipe! Awesome!
