This is my go to recipe. I have it memorized, and make it at least twice a month. You can do all sorts of stuff to it as well, change it to whole wheat, press it out and let it rise again....then press it out again and you have a thin crust. I cook on a pan until 5 min are left, then I slide it directly onto the rack.
