yummy but very lemony! I would decrease the lemon zest to 1 T next time for personal preference.

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
Whole family loved it! Simplified by mixing together the pasta with meat sauce separate and the last 4 ingredients together separate. In pan, layered 1/2 pasta mixture then all of cheese mixture then rest of pasta. Baked then toward the end added Provolone slices on top and baked a little longer.

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2012
This was very good. Added black beans toward the end and the lime at the end is a must. A little too spicy for the kids but that depends on the enchilada sauce used probably.

Pumpkin Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
I have a very similar recipe I have been using for years. It uses 1 1/2 c. flour and 3/4 c. quick oats instead and adds 1/2 t. nutmeg, 1 cup each chocolate chips, and nuts in addition. Try it this way and you will find it less "cakey". Also, they never really "brown", use parchment paper, NOT Silpat liners. Always get requests for this recipe!

Beef Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I ended up only cooking my 2.5 lb. roast for 1 1/4 hours based on reviews but the meat was not tender at all (fairly chewy) so I would go longer next time or maybe try the 8 hrs at 200 deg. The gravy was excellent. Worth trying again.

These were yummy! My children were dancing around the house with joy after they took the first bite! Used a 7x11 in. glass pan lined with foil and greased with "baking" spray, baked 30 min. and they came out perfect!

Used 1 can Golden Mushroom and 1 can cream of mushroom and the gravy was excellent. Would highly recommend brining the pork chops for the best pork flavor then they would be a 5 star.

I didn't have low sodium soy sauce and felt it was a little too salty so next time I would use just 1 t. Otherwise my husband and I liked it. Would be good with vegetables in it as well.

Yummy! I used fat free half and half and that seemed to work just fine. I also added some vanilla coffee creamer as someone suggested but wouldn't do that again.
