Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
I went by recipe and marinated for 24 hours and I'm not sure why it came out somewhat dry. Temp was 160 and had great flavor. ..just drier than I thought it would be.

Stuffed Green Peppers I
After reading the reviews I made adjustments here and there. Definitely used minute rice product as I have always experienced under cooked rice. Added seasonings to our liking. This turned out great. Family loved it.
