Cinnamon Rice with Apples

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
Made this with granny smith apples and it was good but was on the tart side which I like. With using granny smith the apple didn't break down a lot. Used this with grilled brown sugar pork chops from here and it was great!!

Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
This is a GREAT and easy pie to make. It does go faster if you heat your milk first. I have made this several times and didn't have milk but had heavy cream so I used 2 cups of that and 1 cup of water. Came out very rich but a favorite and requested again!

This is the best cake I have ever done. Took me a few stores to find the cake mix but well worth the time. My husband was to have taken some to work today and he claims he "forgot" - he just didn't want to share. Thanks Randy!

Bacon Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
Cooked this tonight and it was good. You do need to cook the bacon at least half way. I used 3 large skinless breast and cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces and laid it on the chicken. I also chopped up some onion and cooked with it. It is a keeper!!!
