Coconut Cream Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2009
This is a GREAT and easy pie to make. It does go faster if you heat your milk first. I have made this several times and didn't have milk but had heavy cream so I used 2 cups of that and 1 cup of water. Came out very rich but a favorite and requested again!

Bacon Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
Cooked this tonight and it was good. You do need to cook the bacon at least half way. I used 3 large skinless breast and cut each slice of bacon into 3 pieces and laid it on the chicken. I also chopped up some onion and cooked with it. It is a keeper!!!

I didn't have mashed potatoes so shredded some followed the recipe. I did have to use some flour because it was to wet. Hubby said they needed something. He added ketchup and ate them but wasn't what I expected.
