Very good! We would probably use hot Italian sausage next time for a little more zip and more salt was required.

Chicken Pot Pie IV

My very picky eaters loved this recipe! I followed the latest review and baked the crust for 5 min, added garlic powder and brushed with an egg white - it browned beautifully and it was fantastic!!!

Shrimp over Cheese Grits

I added bacon crumblesan used chicken broth vs. water. In retrospect, I would have put hot sauce in my grits. So good. It's a keeper !

Quiche Lorraine I

This was a winner! I cooked for longer, drained the ro-tel, and sprinkled crumbled cooked bacon over the top and allowed it to rest for about 20 minutes before serving. I'd kick up the spice a bit next time and throw in some jalapenos. It was awesome and my husband couldnt resist 2nds and 3rds.

Blueberry Dump Cake

Delicious - I too did the thin pats of butter (cut from the stick long-wise), I baked longer than 30 min (45min so it was browned). It made a nice crunch on the top. I would call this a "cobbler" vs. a cake. SUPER sweet!!!
