Slow Cooker Pork Chops II
Smell alone while cooking is worth making this! I did: Four hours on Low, 2 hours on High. Added: Italian, Lawry's, Italian Seasoning, splash of red balsamic vinegar, splash of honey, 2 cups of chicken stock. Left out: Oil (drizzled to cover), paprika, had no garlic, used garlic salt; no basil or poultry seasoning. Frozen 3/4" pork chops boneless. Fall-apart amazing, delicious as leftovers for work. I liked that it wasn't a soup-from-a-can recipe (which can be good) but it felt brighter and had LOTS of flavor!!! REALLY EASY TO MAKE and the whole place smelled delicious when I got home from work!
