As I was warned about this being too watery, I only added 2 TBS of white wine, but It was still way too watery and it lacked "mouth feel". If you like boiled or steamed fish you might like this, but I thought it needed more fat (i.e butter or olive oil) to be satisfying. I'd cut the liquid down even more and add more butter, or just coat the dish with olive oil and leave out the liquid. In addition, the seasonings overwhelmed the delicate rockfish, I really regret wasting the $10.00 worth of fish on this recipe
