I am no whiz in the kitchen, but this was a simple to follow recipe. I don't blame anyone but myself, seeing as how I am not a big root beer fan in the first place. I thought that would tenderize the meat, not taste like hot root beer pork. It, to me, was not edible. Not only did it stink up the entire house like root beer, it did not taste well in the end. Again, I should have chosen a different recipe, so that is my fault. I would never make this again, or suggest it, unless you love root beer more than life itself.
