I have always enjoyed cooking...whether it was a small meal or a huge family dinner. As I was growing up I loved being assigned kitchen duty...well except for cleaning pots & pans! I guess that's what leads me to LOVE making casserole dishes hahah...most of the time you would only have to one large dish to clean up in the end! I got married last year and my biggest challenge I must say is learning to cook for two :) My husband always asks who else is coming for dinner? anything CHICKEN... casseroles & soups...we love soup! hahah favorite family tradition....if you cook the meal..you don't have to do the dishes!!! cooking tragedies....anytime I bake it's a tragedy!!! so that's why I stick to the good old stove top...unless it's a yummy casserole :)
