Salad with Prosciutto and Caramelized Pears and Walnuts

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2008
Carmelizing the pears & walnuts is easy...and delicious. Guys & girls love this recipe. I've made it several times already. With shame I admit that I have never made the dressing part...I use (gasp) store bought Vinaigrette! Still wonderful.

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2008
Excellent! I used Egg Beaters and a mix of mozzerella & provalone (I couldn't find shredded muenster, and didn't feel like shredding 3c. myself!). Held together nicely. The women loved it. (Men tend to prefer a meat quiche.) Thanks!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
The best. The only problem? I'm a little hesitant to say that it uses a box mix! So I have to say it's a secret recipe! Sort of a lot of little steps, but none of the steps are hard to do. Great for a beginner :) Easy!

Abby's Chicken Rollatini

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
A crowd favorite. You really can't mess this one up. Perdue sells chicken that is sliced thin, so you don't have to pound it thin. Since this has a bunch of different flavors already...you can go easy with the side dishes...i.e. steamed asparagus & white rice.

Cranberry Crispies

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
Delicious and so easy. I removed the nuts due to nut allegies, and didn't have cranberries...so I added raisins instead. Easy, easy, easy...I will make these again.

Banoffee

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2004
The can bounced and clanked around in the pot, but did not explode :) Slight changes: 1/2 a stick of butter was plenty! 2 tsp. ginger 3 bananas This pie got good reviews from everyone. However, I'm not sure if it was worth the time to attend to the boiling can for 3 hours. To my tastebuds, it tasted like a very good pudding pie (which, on the contrary, can be whipped up in a few minutes).
