Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2014
This IS good. I can't wait to try it with Fresh Raspberries. I did not double up on the dough instead I added the ingredients so that it made 1.5 times what the recipe calls for. I will go with double next time. As suggested by many, I added Vanilla to the dough. I will not do so the next time BUT I will cook it about 7 Minutes longer that suggested in this recipe. The dough that was under the fruit mixture was not quite done ecough. For me, the most important change is reducing the sugar used in the fruit mixture. Oh it's good, but it takes away from the Berries themselves. I will go to 3/4 Cup. Make sure you have some real cool milk. This stuff is YUMMY!

Baked Broccoli

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2013
This was not good. I suppose if i left out the Cayenne and the oregano it would be okay. At 15 minutes it was VERY al dente. I suggest steaming for a few minutes, coat and bake but I won't be making this again.

Creamy Pear Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2013
It was okay. I won't make again. I added dried cranberries. Glad I did or it would have been just Pears in a slightly chalky white stuff with a tasty crumb crust.

Cauliflower Fritters

Very delicious. I decided to add Parmesan Cheese. It gave it more moisture so I cooked them about 4 minutes on each side.

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2013
I think the proportions of the ingredients are a bit off. I halved the cream cheese and used twice the sugar and used a bit more butter.
