Pork Roast With The World's Best Pork Loin Rub

This was really good and made a LOT. It is a little spicy, but not so much that it bothered me (and I'm a bit of a lightweight). I didn't have any dry mustard so I just rubbed my pork loin with regular mustard and them added the rub on top.

Pizza Swirls

These were very easy to make and delicious. The dough was not as hard to make as I had thought it would have been. I didn't like the olives in it. They seemed to over power everything. I added mushrooms too, but barely tasted them. Another problem I had was everything falling apart. Next time I am going to only use mushrooms and not cut the rolls untill after they are done cooking and cooled off.

Mom's Molasses Cookies

These were really soft and chewy--just like a Molasses cookie should be. I did add extra nutmeg and cinnamon to give them a little spicier flavor.

Seasoned Crab Cakes

My family loved these! I did make some changes. Because some of us aren't crazy about seafood, I used about 6 oz. imitation crab and 6 oz. cooked chicken breast instead of all crab. The "crab" cakes still had a mild crab flavor, but not strong enough to turn off the rest of the family!

This pie was very good, but I wanted a little stronger bourbon flavor. I would probably double the amount of bourbon in the pie next time I make it.

Stuffed Flounder

This is my favorite dish at a seafood restaurant and have been trying to find a recipe as good as theirs. This is it! I used whitefish instead of flounder and imitation crab instead of real. It was so good. My entire family liked it and wants me to make it again.

Best Soup This Side Of The Mississippi

This recipe was great! I cooked it for my mother and sister and they seemed to enjoy it on a nice cold day. I might suggest to let it cool before you eat it ... of course ir was a little hot. I really recommend it for a small family dinner.
