Seriously? This is what this tastes like? I always wondered! Addicting for this carbaholic! I suspected it would be good, but honestly...my husband and I ate pretty near the whole thing....and I had customized the recipe to feed 8! Lord have mercy!!!!

Coconut Cream Meringue Pie

Made this and took it to a benefit pie auction....brought $120!!! Ok it was my husband that was the highest bidder, but I am still claiming the victory!! Actually, this pie straight from your Grandma's kitchen delicious! The guys in the house got up in the middle of the night to polish this sucker off. Very creamy and smooth. Don't change a thing!!!!!

Freezer Caramel Drizzle Pie

If my sister-in-law could have worn this pie, she would have. I have never had such a strong reaction to something I have made. I kinda feel bad cause she is dieting, but she could not stay out of this pie. I made it for the Fourth of July weekend, and both pies were devoured. I changed nothing....perfection!!!!! If you are dieting, this is extremely dangerous!

Snickerdoodle Cake I

My guys really loved these. They said it was better than a snickerdoodle cookie! The recipe really makes 24 so don't overload the cupcake papers if you are making cupcakes...said the lady with the top-heavy cupcakes.

Tasty, but not as buttery as I would have liked, more cream cheesey. We had strawberry butter in Tennessee while visiting Reelfoot Lake. THAT tasted like strawberry butter.

Chicken Fried Venison Steaks

A new recipe for the menu rotation. We have LOTS of deer meat (that's the way we say it in the Ozarks) in the freezer. Never know what to do with ham steaks. Great! I just used regular flour for the gravy...didn't have any of the breadcrumb/cornmeal left after dredging. Good flavor. Didn't change a thing.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

ADDICTING!!!! I make these often for my husband and I....the boys don't care for them. Anywho, I am always trying to up the nutritional value and used half whole wheat flour and backed off the amount of sugar. Still a winner with my DH. Yummy!
