These ribs are awesome!! I used to cook my ribs for hours and they were never this tender. They truly fall right off the bone. After baking these, I add more sauce and cook them under the broiler for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, I always remove the skin on the underside of the ribs. Take a sharp knife (like a paring knife) and slide it under the skin to get it started. Then, because it's so slipery, I use a paper towel to pull the skin off. Once I get it started, it usually comes off in one piece.
VERY IMPORTANT: Use heavy duty aluminum foil doubled over. The first time I made these I used regular foil and it leaked and I had a mess.
