Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2011
I found that I had to keep adding to it to make it flavorful, so it turned out to be not so healthy. The cayenne was overpowering, although I love spicy. I think with a few tweaks this could be a good one.

Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
Made this tonight, and it was wonderful! I cut the amount of pasta in half, and doubled the sauce. I put chopped green onions in the sauce mix while it was cooking. I can see adding veggies or shrimp, chicken, etc. Such a versatile recipe Thanks so much for sharing!

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
I made these for a birthday party and everyone raved about them. I used apricot/pineapple preserves instead of peach, and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. They were great!

Loved it! Left out the breadcrumbs and put extra cheese inside. It was perfect! Thanks!

Very easy, and delicious! I didn't have limes, but used lemon juice instead, but it still turned out awesome! Thanks!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
My BF said this was out of this world great! We both really loved the sauce. I steamed fresh raw shrimp and also added some spinach at the end. I used fresh basil, since we have tons at the moment. Also used baby Portobella mushrooms. This would also be really good with chicken or other kind of seafood. This is definitely a keeper! Thanks Karyn!

Roasted Vidalia Onions

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2010
These were really good. I had to cook them longer, though. Also, I added a little garlic powder on top. Will make again!

Although we didn't think it tasted like lobster, the marinade was awesome! We will definitely make this again! Thanks Joyful_Mamma!

This is an awesome stuffed shell recipe. Best I have ever made! I used 1/2 cottage cheese, and 1/2 ricotta, but followed the rest of the recipe to the letter. Thanks, Ken!

This was very good! I didn't have capers, but it was still a great recipe without them. Thanks!

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2010
I make these enchiladas with the Texas Enchilada Sauce from this site (BF prefers red sauce). I use corn tortillas, though - just my preference for enchiladas. I also add a little cilantro in the mixture. This is an awesome recipe!

Texas Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2010
This is exactly what we were looking for in an "authenic" tasting enchilada sauce! It made a ton - had a lot left over. We will definitely make this again!

Donna's Cheesy Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2010
Very good quiche! I made it as per recipe, except added fresh spinach and mushrooms, and used swiss cheese instead of the mozzarella. I used a Marie Callender's deep-dish pie crust (to die for!!!), and it was excellent! You could pretty much put any kind of vegetable or meat in this with awesome results. Will definitely make this again and again. Thanks for the recipe, Donnaz!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2007
The thought of putting mayo in the oven kind of turned me off from trying this recipe, but after the rave reviews I had to make it. It was the best fish I have ever had! I didn't use celery salt or lemon, and added garlic powder. Wonderful!
