Alice's Sour Cream Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Feb. 13, 2011
I made this tonight for dinner with gnocchi. I did not do it in the microwave. I browned the flattened chicken breasts on the stove with salt, garlic pepper and garlic powder. removed the chicken and put it in the baking dish. Added chicken broth to the pan and deglazed it, added the rest of the ing and heated up. Poured over the chicken and baked at 350 in the oven for 30 mins. very good

Fantastic! Even my 8 yr old triplets ate it. I didn't do kabobs but marinated the chicken breasts for a few hours and then grilled.

My Best Clam Chowder

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
I added a bottle of clam juice and also made bacon and sauted the onion and celery in the bacon grease. When finished I put the crumbled bacon on top. The consistency was perfect. Something was definately missing. It really needed some spicing up. I will be making this again.

Creamy Chicken on Linguine

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2010
Bonus recipe. I did double the sauce, only used 1/2 an onion and had to add some flour to thicken. Hubby and I loved it (kids only ate the chicken which I left seperate). I will be making this again.

Chicken and Cheese Crescents

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2009
Good basic recipe. I bought a roasted chicken from the grocrey store and pulled the meat off of it. I also used Creamy Chicken and herbs soup. I took another persons suggestion and rolled the chicken and cheese in the crescent rolls and baked those first. I should have baked them longer than I did (hubby had to take over in the middle so I had no control) and then I poured the soup mixture in the dish and baked them for an additional 15 minutes. They were really good even with the crescents not being 100% done. I will be making this again.

Double Tomato Bruschetta

This is a fantastic recipe. I didn't use the sun dried tomatoes because I don't like them, but used extra romas instead. I will be making these again. I might even share with hubby next time.

Lazy Katie's Taco Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 21, 2008
This recipe was wonderful. I used the doritos as someone suggested and used the taco seasoning in the meat. It could have used more meat as I made me for 2 adults and 3 six yr olds and there was none left. Everyone but my daughter loved it and my one son had seconds. A+
