So good and healthy! I used fat free chicken stock and only 2.5 cups of it. I also added fresh cilantro, a can of garbanzo beans, 2.5tsp of cumin and chili powder, and 1/8tsp of cayenne pepper. To thicken it, i used 1 can of pumpkin. The cilantro does the trick! Next time i might add some fresh parsley as well.
