Slow-Cooked German Short Ribs
I followed some other reviewers and cut back brown sugar, doubled the sauce, and left out the vinegar. I also did not have chili sauce so I combined ketchup, hot sauce, and a little garlic sauce. I made them the night before, let sit in the fridge, then skimmed fat off the top and reheated for dinner the following day. I did not have to add the flour/water mixture to the sauce, I thought it was thick enough as-is, and perfect for scooping over mashed potatoes. I have a few more packs of short ribs in the freezer and I will definately be using this recipe again. They were fall-apart tender and the flavor was wonderful!

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
I followed the recipe exactly except for using pumpkin pie spice in place of individual cinnamon/nutmeg/allspice/etc. I also topped mine with the Cinnamon Cream Cheese frosting that can be found with the Pumpkin spice muffin recipe on the site. They were an absolute hit! They disappeared so fast, I only got to try one of the whole 2 dozen that I made. I think the frosting really put these over the top from great to irresistable!

Stuffed Kielbasa
This was a great way to try out some kielbasa we just made with venison and pork. I did not have saurkraut so I took the advice of another reviewer and used sauted onion instead. I also used shredded jack cheese because it's what I had on hand. My fiance and I both really liked it, we will definately use this recipe again.
